Dr. Lee is a Christian-encourager, nationally celebrated author, international speaker, and CEO of CMLEEJR Co., a professional development enterprise that conducts live training experiences on high performance and mental conditioning for teams, organizations and students.
A former student-athlete, Dr. Lee holds a degree in Biology (B.S.) from University of the Incarnate Word, and degrees in Medicine (M.D.) and Business (M.B.A.) from Drexel University. Also a decorated war veteran, Dr. Lee served in the United States Air Force for 10 years with several assignments, his last being a flight surgeon flying the T-38 and U-2 airframes in one the most elite squadrons in the USAF.
Dr. Lee is the author of the inspirational memoir “Well, My Mom Says…” as well as his latest book “PERSIST”. He is a columnist for several publications and his work has been featured in Live Happy Magazine, Black Fitness Today, and Essence Magazine to name a few. He regularly appears as an on-air TV health expert and has been featured in segments on ABC, CBS, and FOX television stations.
In 2022, Dr. Lee joined the Forbes Business Council with a focus in healthcare. A few of his awards and acknowledgements include: Top 40 under 40 award by the Sacramento Business Journal and Drexel University, being highlighted as one of the top healthcare entrepreneurs to know by Becker’s Hospital Review, one of the top Black entrepreneurs to follow by Yahoo! Finance, as well as being a recipient of the Black Enterprise Modern Man award.
Dr. Lee is a devoted husband and father. He lives in San Diego, CA and loves spending time with his wife and 5 children.
